Objects of Quiet

Making a little space for stillness.

Objects of Quiet is a fictional collection of desk objects that sits between sculpture and everyday utility. Its forms are intentionally simple enough to invite more than one interpretation.

Role & scope

This self-initiated study explores proportions, material direction, color, and a visual language for presenting a small collection.

The process

Circles, cylinders, and softened blocks were combined into balanced arrangements. Warm mineral tones keep the focus on silhouette and shadow. Negative space is treated as part of each object rather than leftover space around it.

The outcome

A series of concept compositions that suggests a tactile family of objects. These are visual studies, not manufactured products, and no production or sales outcomes are implied.
